Summary
This 2-day course is ideal for classroom-based staff in existing Thrive schools. It will give them an understanding of how Thrive works to support the whole-school approach for optimal social and emotional development for all children. In addition, the course will demonstrate how to use Thrive-Online for group screening and action-planning, and explore some of the strategies and activities that can be used with children.
Please note that in order to undertake this course, your setting should already have a Thrive-Online subscription.
About this course
This intensive two-day training will introduce you to the Thrive Approach, it will give a clear understanding of the Thrive child development model, and how to apply this to support age-appropriate social and emotional learning. It will help you embed Thrive within the everyday curriculum, routines and structures within a mainstream primary classroom to improve learning outcomes.
