A further £7m to support training for school mental health leads has been announced this week by the Department for Education.

This move will allow 'up to 8,000' more schools and colleges to benefit and you need proof of your course booking to complete the application.

Whether you’re a Headteacher, Deputy Head, a member of the Senior Leadership Team, a SENCO, Safeguarding or Pastoral Lead, if you’re overseeing mental health and wellbeing in a state-funded primary, secondary or college setting in England, there’s £1,200 available for you to spend on training.

Applying for a £1,200 grant with the Department for Education is straightforward. Click below to start the application process. You need ref. SMHL068 and proof of your booking with Thrive to complete part two of the application.
