Three leaders in the field of children’s mental health will be presenting webinars for parents, teachers and anyone else interested in this important subject area this summer.
Dr Jack Lewis, top right, has a PhD in neuroscience and is a respected author, broadcaster and consultant on the subject. Kim S Golding, above right, is a is a clinical psychologist and author and Dr Suzanne Zeedyk, above left, is a research scientist who is fascinated by babies’ innate capacity to connect. They will be covering topics such as resilience, connection, attachment and trauma, exploring how the latest scientific theories can be translated into everyday practice.
The Forging New Connections webinars can be used as CPD points for Thrive Licensed Practitioners® and will give those working in education, health and social care, as well as parents and carers, an insight into how to develop strong bonds with children and how to respond to any distressed behaviour they may show.
