To celebrate 25 years of World Book Day, Thrive ran a creative competition for children and young people, asking them to recreate their favourite book or fictional character.
The competition was a great success, and we would like to say thank you to everyone who got involved – your fantastic entries are making judging very tough!
While we are choosing the three lucky winners of the £75 Waterstones vouchers, which will be announced on our social media pages on Friday 11 March, please enjoy a selection of photos that showcase some of the amazing entries we received in the competition:
Firstly, a special shout out to an entry that really made us smile – New Heights School’s dog, Beau, as Captain Hook!
Alongside the entry from New Heights School, we had many other amazing photos that we would like to share to show off the incredible talent and creativity that went into so many outfits, drawings, models, and videos.
