Thrive helps children and young people feel safe, supported and ready to learn. We offer a whole-setting approach to social and emotional development for all children and young people.

Thrive tools, training and insights have been developed over 25 years for professionals working in education – individual nurseries and schools, multi-academy trusts (MATs), local authorities and diocese - as well as those in social care, the health care sector and supporting families in the community.

BOOK A DEMO

Thrive gives staff the ability to identify needs and track progress at a multi-site, single site, classroom, and individual level. Through Thrive training, staff will gain a better understanding of behaviour in children and young people, and the reasons for that behaviour, enhancing their capacity, confidence, and commitment to working with children from all backgrounds, including those with the most complex needs.

The Thrive Approach consists of:
  • Thrive-OnlineTM (TOL) - a web-based profiling, action-planning and progress monitoring tool enabling you to ensure the best outcome for each child or group.
  • Thrive training - focusing on the emotional needs of different age groups, informed by established neuroscience and attachment research, as well as child development studies and research into risk and resilience factors.
To date, more than 52,500 staff have received Thrive training, ensuring that over 644,000 children and young people have access to the Thrive Approach, changing lives and increasing educational attainment levels.
