Our product & innovation team
The Product and Innovation Development team (PIND) brings together expertise in child development, wellbeing and education.
They shape the Thrive Approach, making sure it reflects both research and what happens in real classrooms. Their work sits behind the training, tools and guidance that help staff understand behaviour and respond in a consistent way across schools and teams.

Our technology team
Thrive is supported by Thrive-Online, our assessment and action-planning platform.
The technology team develops and maintains the platform, helping schools and organisations track need, plan support and see progress over time.
This gives staff and leaders a clearer picture of what’s happening across their setting or group of schools, and where to focus next.
