Course Outcomes

By the end of the induction session, staff will feel better informed about the Thrive Approach and Thrive-Online and be able to fully support right-time development within their role.

Who is it for?

This Thrive Induction session is designed for all the staff in settings working with early years children (0 to 5 year olds).

Please note: this course can only be booked by calling us on 01392 797555 Option 1.

Costs (excluding VAT):

  • £475.00 for up to 20 members of staff
  • £900.00 for up to 100 members of staff
  • £1,250 for over 100 members of staff

For settings that would like to commission a face-to-face training session, there is a flat rate charge of £450 per trainer per day (or part thereof) plus VAT.

Please note: prices are for courses starting on or after 1 September 2023.

What you'll learn

This session builds on the free online ‘Introduction to Thrive’ module on Thrive-Online by deepening your staff’s understanding of how to be in relationship and what to do to best support the social and emotional learning of babies, toddlers and young children.

Led by a Thrive Licensed Trainer, this three-hour interactive virtual training session will also equip your setting with the knowledge and skills they need to take the next steps on your Thrive implementation journey.

Course structure

The course covers the following topics:

  • What’s involved in becoming a Thrive professional
  • How to harness the power of relationship to support the social and emotional needs of babies, toddlers and young children
  • How to apply Thrive-Online in practice
  • How to continue your professional learning.
