Our Thrive Wellbeing Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship and Thrive Wellbeing Leadership Apprenticeship are designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and practical expertise to create positive, emotionally healthy environments in schools and other settings.
By completing your chosen apprenticeship, you’ll become a Thrive Licensed Practitioner and achieve a nationally recognised qualification - either as a Specialist Teaching Assistant or an Operations Manager, depending on your chosen route.

Thrive Wellbeing Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Level 5
A Level 5 apprenticeship for experienced teaching assistants and support staff who want to become recognised Specialist Teaching Assistants and Thrive Licensed Practitioners.
