Course overview
When you care so much about the young people you help, life can feel crushingly busy. You’re juggling countless balls at school and at home – and doing everything you can to keep them all in the air. And it feels impossible to switch off, as you take work home with you: books and files weighing down your bags; thoughts of certain children crowding your head.
In this webinar with Corrina Gordon-Barnes, you'll learn highly practical tools for:
- Pressing Pause: Managing your energy effectively so that you can most intelligently prioritise your time
- Saying No: Setting realistic boundaries and communicating these gracefully to others (as well as making peace with them yourself)
- Regaining Your Power: Returning your focus to where you have choices and the greatest impact
This webinar will help you shift from it feeling like a daily choice between your wellbeing or theirs, and it will support you to be the calm, capable, on-top-of-things practitioner you long to be.
