In this mid phase of adolescence, 13–15-year-olds need us to be calm and containing as they experiment and explore new and more socially complex experiences. They’re learning about who they are, what they think and how they feel about themselves and the world around them. And as they develop and grow during this time, they need opportunities to learn skills in self-awareness and self-reflection - so they may have a healthy relationship with themselves and with others, by expanding their emotional literacy and intelligence.

‘Understanding how to positively support 13–15-year olds’ is a two-hour virtual session designed specifically for Thrive Licensed Practitioners.  You’ll learn how to support these young people with what they need to flourish and thrive in this phase of adolescence.
