What is a Discovery Call?

What to expect when you schedule a call with a member of the Thrive team

Designed to fit around your schedule, Discovery Calls provide the ideal opportunity for you to have your questions answered and explore ways Thrive can support you to improve wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and attainment.

So, what is a Discovery Call?

A Discovery Call is a 20–30-minute phone or video call with a member of the Thrive team.

These calls allow you to have your questions answered and establish whether or not Thrive is a good fit. Our team won’t sell to you, but they will let you know if they think we can help.

What happens during a Discovery Call?

You will be greeted by a friendly member of the Thrive team who will be ready to answer any questions you may have.

To make sure we provide you with the most relevant information, determining your needs and what you’d like to achieve is a great place to start.

Whether you are new to Thrive and have a list of questions, or would like to review how things are currently working in your setting and get advice on how to improve attendance, behaviour and attainment (or all of the above!), we want you to ensure that you're spending your time, energy and funding wisely.
