“I chose Thrive's course so I could check a box on my performance management target. I came away with so much more. The course guides candidates through completion of a mental health audit which seamlessly informs a manageable and realistic action plan. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues across the country. And an education on how to raise awareness among staff, provide a user-friendly tool kit and ensure that mental health awareness permeates the fabric of the school community. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who either feels lost within the realm of mental health or would like to take the provision and culture of their organisation to the next level. It was structured and delivered incredibly well with support from the presenters and colleagues consistent throughout."

"There’s been an overwhelming post-pandemic increase in social, emotional and mental health needs and Thrive’s course teaches delegates how to embed emotional wellbeing and resilience throughout the entire community. My delegates have particularly enjoyed hearing from colleagues in similar roles across the country and learning how to develop an understanding across their schools that emotional wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility."

"Time, money and access to support from external agencies are some of the challenges facing Senior Mental Health Leads right now. Some booked onto the course to 'tick a box'. But they left armed with actionable ideas, a peer support group and a working document to take them forward. My previous delegates have particularly enjoyed the neuroscience that supports the theory and the opportunity to discuss challenges and share knowledge with fellow professionals. The support has helped them to feel less alone."

Siobhan Trimming, Thrive Trainer

I'd like to benchmark my policies and procedures against NHS and DfE frameworks.
