Course overview

With an increasing number of children and young people needing mental health support, it’s more important than ever for schools to have a clear strategy to support staff wellbeing.

Having compassionate conversations about mental health is a necessary way to support colleagues and can allow reasonable adjustments to be put into place to help recovery.
