Celebrating 30 Years of Thrive: A Fresh Look for the Next Chapter

3rd November 2025 | Blogs

As 2026 approaches, we’re preparing to celebrate an incredible milestone - 30 years since Thrive was founded. Three decades of working alongside schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, local authorities, and education professionals across the UK to help children and young people flourish.

This anniversary isn’t just a moment to look back - it’s also an opportunity to look forward. To reflect how Thrive has grown and continues to evolve, we’re introducing a new visual identity and refreshed tone of voice.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll start to see our new look appear across Thrive-Online, our website, social media channels, and wider communications. This evolution marks an exciting new chapter in the Thrive story — one that honours our roots while embracing the future of emotional wellbeing in education.

Why we’ve refreshed our identity

Our purpose and values remain the same: to nurture the emotional wellbeing of children and young people, and to empower the adults who support them. What’s changing is how we express that mission.

The new Thrive identity reflects:

  • The warmth, compassion, and trust that have always been at the heart of our work
  • The confidence and clarity that define how we partner with schools and system leaders today
  • The energy and optimism that drive us to help every child thrive

In recent years, we’ve seen the Thrive Approach embedded in thousands of schools and services, shaping emotionally healthy learning environments and transforming outcomes. Our refreshed look and tone celebrate that progress and align with where education is heading next - towards a future where wellbeing is central to every child’s learning journey.

Looking ahead

While our appearance is evolving, everything you rely on from Thrive remains the same. Our developmental model will continue to be a visible part of the brand, while our evidence-based tools, programmes, and guidance continue to support educators, leaders, and practitioners to build emotionally healthy schools and communities.

This evolution is about communicating who we are today: Warmly confident. Passionately supportive. Boldly purposeful.

We’re excited to share this new chapter with you and invite you to explore our refreshed brand as it comes to life across our platforms.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of the Thrive story so far — from the early pioneers to the schools, trusts, and partners championing wellbeing across the UK today. Thirty years of Thrive wouldn’t have been possible without your belief in the power of relationships and emotional education.

Here’s to the next 30 years of inspiration, innovation, and impact - together.
