What is Thrive Advanced Practitioner training?

This course is designed for Thrive Licensed Practitioners who are ready to take an active role in shaping how Thrive is understood and embedded across their setting.

Over three months, we’ll work alongside you to build both your strategic thinking and your day-to-day practice. You’ll explore how Thrive connects with SEND, mental health and wellbeing, the curriculum, and staff development. You'll also gain the skills, language and resources to deliver our Family Thrive: Empowering parents and carers programme, enabling you to share the Thrive Approach in ways that are accessible, engaging and meaningful for families.

Guided by interactive training and expert mentoring, you'll apply your learning directly within your setting, so you can start making a difference from the outset.

On successful completion, you’ll qualify as both a Thrive Advanced Practitioner and a Family Thrive Course Leader. This equips you to support not only your colleagues, but also parents and carers, helping to build strong, consistent relationships around your pupils.
