Logos

Use the Thrive logo to create a consistent and recognisable identity across your setting and communications. It can be displayed on your website, shared on social media, included in emails and newsletters, and used on printed materials such as posters or signage - whether that’s in reception areas or even at the school gate to show your commitment to the Thrive Approach.

How long does the programme take to complete?

Typically around 12 months, integrated with your current employment.

How is the programme funded?

The programme is fully funded by the Department for Education, meaning there is no cost to you or your employer.

Is there any Thrive training woven in?

Yes – as part of the EYITT programme delivered by Best Practice Network, learners will complete a Thrive-informed educator module.

This module is delivered by Thrive trainers, with support from a Best Practice Network tutor, and focuses on developing your understanding of children’s behaviour, relationships and personal, social and emotional development.

You’ll explore key concepts such as how behaviour communicates need, the impact of early experiences, and how to create emotionally safe, supportive environments where children can learn and thrive.

On completion, you’ll gain recognition as a Thrive-informed educator alongside your Early Years Teacher Status.

It’s important to note that this is not the full Thrive Licensed Practitioner training. Instead, it provides a valuable introduction to Thrive’s evidence-based approach and a strong foundation for those who may wish to develop this further in the future.
