Designed for Thrive Secondary Schools, this three-hour induction gives staff a shared understanding of the Thrive Approach and Thrive-Online, and how they can support young people’s emotional health, mental wellbeing and social and emotional development in everyday school life.
Led by a Thrive Licensed Trainer, this interactive virtual session helps staff understand what a Thrive whole-school approach looks like in practice, and the part they play in making it happen.
The session builds on the free online Introduction to Thrive module on Thrive-Online. It helps staff understand how relationships support young people’s social and emotional learning, both in the classroom and around school.
By the end of the session, staff will feel better informed about the Thrive Approach and Thrive-Online, and more able to support young people’s right-time development in their role.
