A trust-wide approach to reducing exclusions, improving attendance and strengthening inclusion
Thrive gives you a shared, practical framework to reduce variation across your schools, while giving central teams clearer visibility of need, progress and impact.
Discuss Thrive at a Trust level
01
Help staff respond earlier to need so fewer pupils reach the point of exclusion or escalation.
02
A shared approach that builds on and connects what’s already in place, creating greater alignment across schools without adding another initiative.
03
Develop in-house expertise, reducing reliance on short-term interventions and external support.
04
See patterns across schools, identify where support is needed, and track improvement over time.
Faced with a rise in dysregulated behaviour, Palladian Academy Trust embraced the Thrive Approach to improve emotional wellbeing across its 11 schools.
By embedding Thrive into daily practice, the trust has fostered a culture of emotional regulation, enhanced staff wellbeing, and boosted pupil engagement, leading to a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Palladian is now working towards becoming a Thrive Multi-Academy Trust of Excellence, ensuring consistent standards and long-term success across its schools.

GLF Schools, a thriving multi-academy trust across the south of England, is making great strides in supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing through the Thrive Approach. With Thrive embedded across 38 schools, the approach is playing a key role in creating calm and nurturing environments that help pupils engage positively with their learning.
A shining example is Meridian High School, where Thrive has reduced exclusions, improved classroom behaviour, and empowered both staff and pupils. Meridian has even been recognised as a Thrive School of Excellence for its remarkable progress.

With Thrive embedded in 42 of its 57 schools, Delta Academies Trust is fostering environments where every child's social and emotional needs are prioritised, enabling them to engage more fully with their education.
The use of Thrive-Online is crucial in identifying and tracking where support is most needed, allowing the trust to take targeted, data-driven actions.
A shining example of this commitment is St Wilfrid’s Academy in Doncaster, which has achieved Thrive’s prestigious School of Excellence status for its innovative and compassionate approach to supporting pupils at risk of exclusion.

Trust partnerships are built on two core foundations:
You build internal expertise so staff understand what driving behaviour and what to do about it.
This typically includes senior leadership training, whole-school inductions, and trust-wide professional development, aligned to your existing priorities around attendance, behaviour, SEND and belonging.
Thrive-Online gives leaders a shared way to assess need, plan support and track progress across schools, providing clear visibility of patterns, priorities and impact at trust level.
Together, these create a more connected and coherent approach, with clear oversight across a trust. Your subscription also includes My Thrive Scan, providing a whole school snapshot of wellbeing through two short staff-completed scans.
