thrive induction: Specialist settings

Overview

This induction is for Thrive specialist schools and settings,
including alternative provision, working with children and
young people aged 4 to 18.

Led by a Thrive Licensed Trainer, this interactive virtual session helps staff understand what a whole-setting Thrive approach looks like in practice, and the part they play in making it happen.

The session builds on the free online Introduction to Thrive module on Thrive-Online. It helps staff understand how relationships support children and young people’s social and emotional learning, both in the classroom and around the wider setting.

By the end of the session, staff will feel better informed about the Thrive Approach and Thrive-Online, and more able to support children and young people’s social and emotional development in ways that reflect their individual needs.
