Thrive supports schools, trusts and organisations to take a more consistent and inclusive approach to behaviour and wellbeing.
Our aim is simple: to make sure every child is understood and supported, not just some of the time, but every day.

When co-founder Roe Lovelock heard this from a six-year-old boy, it was clear he didn't understand what had happened.
She began to notice a wider pattern. Alongside co-founders Jan Banks, Julia Bird and Lynne Tarrab-Snooks, Roe kept hearing about children being excluded, often more than once, and often without their needs being fully understood.
They believed behaviour reflects underlying need. And that, without understanding those needs, schools are left reacting, rather than helping children feel safe, build relationships and take part fully in school life.
Thrive was developed to give schools a clearer, more consistent and more inclusive way to understand behaviour and respond.

We give you the training, tools and insight to understand what's driving behaviour, so you can respond in ways that help children feel safe, regulate and engage.
This leads to calmer classrooms, stronger relationships, better attendance and a school culture where every child can belong.
