You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential.
You must not share your account or login details with anyone else. Any activity carried out using your account will be treated as your responsibility.
4. Payment
All on-demand training courses must be paid for in full before access is granted.
Payment can be made by card or invoice, where this option is offered by Thrive.
5. How You May Use the Training Materials
When you purchase a course, Thrive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the training materials for:
Your own personal learning; or
Learning and development within your organisation.
Access is provided only to the person or users covered by the purchase agreement and may not be transferred to another individual or organisation.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All course content, videos, presentations, workbooks, resources, assessments and supporting materials remain the property of Thrive.
Unless we have given our prior written permission, you must not:
Copy or reproduce any training materials;
Share, distribute, publish or make materials available to third parties;
Sell, licence or hire training materials to others;
Use the materials to deliver commercial training courses;
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
Any unauthorised use may result in your access being removed and could lead to legal action.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
By purchasing an on-demand course, you expressly request that the digital content is made available immediately. You acknowledge that once access to the digital content has been granted and the learner has accessed or used any part of the training materials, you will lose any statutory right to cancel the contract and receive a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Course Access Periods
Unless stated otherwise, access to courses is provided for:
CPD courses: 30 days from the date of purchase
Foundation courses: 90 days from the date of purchase
Staff training courses: 12 months from the date of purchase
At the end of the access period, your enrolment will automatically expire.
It is your responsibility to complete the training within the access period provided.
9. Certification
Select on-demand courses receive a certificate upon completion. These certificates confirm only that the relevant course requirements have been completed. They do not constitute a professional qualification, licence to practise or evidence of competence unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Availability of Service
We aim to provide reliable access to our LMS at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may temporarily suspend access for:
System maintenance;
Upgrades and improvements;
Security reasons; or
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, internet service providers or software suppliers.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
When you access our LMS, we may collect and store information including:
Your name;
Organisation name;
Email address;
Job title;
Course enrolment information;
Course progress and completion records;
Assessment results and certificates.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

12. AI-Assisted Content
Some course materials, assessments, examples, transcripts, learning resources and supporting documentation may be created, enhanced or reviewed using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
While we take reasonable steps to review and maintain the quality of our training materials, we cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, current or suitable for every circumstance.
Our training materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes only and should not be considered legal, regulatory, financial, employment, medical or other professional advice.
Where specific advice is required, you should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.
13. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any course if:
These Terms & Conditions are breached;
Training materials are shared or used improperly;
Payment remains outstanding; or
We reasonably believe unauthorised access is taking place.
If access is terminated, all rights granted under these Terms will end immediately.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive's liability in connection with any on-demand course shall be limited to the amount paid for that course.
Thrive shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from the use of our training materials.
