This session looks at how reflective discussion, observation and follow-up activities can help pupils celebrate difference, build tolerance, develop empathy and strengthen emotional literacy within an inclusive classroom culture.
This session introduces the model as a practical way to nurture respectful, inclusive classroom environments where difference is recognised, valued and celebrated.
You’ll explore how structured observations, reflective discussion and follow-up activities can help children recognise different perspectives, develop a shared emotional language and strengthen self-awareness.
You’ll also gain practical ideas and strategies to embed a culture of belonging, where every child feels safe, valued, understood and supported in their learning and development.
