Overview

This course is designed for Thrive Licensed Practitioners who have completed Childhood training and are now working with young people aged 11–25+.

It enables you to adapt your existing knowledge and apply Thrive effectively within adolescent settings.

You’ll deepen your understanding of brain and body development during adolescence, including how changes in areas such as the amygdala and frontal cortex affect emotional regulation and behaviour. The course focuses on practical, relational strategies to support young people’s resilience, helping them feel understood, connected and ready to engage with learning.

Yes. The course ends with an assessment quiz and an 80% pass mark is required to complete the training successfully.
The course is delivered through self-paced e-learning and includes nine interactive modules, reflection activities and an assessment quiz.
