Through this session you will learn to recognise how this dynamic operates and explore ways this understanding can help build healthier, more respectful relationships.
Often shaped by our earliest relationships, this dynamic can be easy to miss, yet it can have a significant impact on how we respond to behaviour and build connection.
You’ll learn to recognise how the Drama Triangle operates and explore how this understanding can support healthier, more respectful relationships based on curiosity. The session will also consider how school behaviour policies can unintentionally foster Drama Triangles, creating opportunities to address behavioural challenges in more creative, compassionate and helpful ways.
