Behaviour is one of the biggest challenges facing schools, yet research suggests leaders and classroom staff don't always experience it in the same way.
- 85% of primary leaders describe their school as calm and orderly most or every day, compared with 51% of primary teachers.
- 81% of secondary leaders describe their school as calm and orderly most or every day, compared with 55% of teachers.
Understanding these different perspectives can help schools identify where communication, support and consistency may need strengthening.
