Overview

During this session, Amy Sayer will explore why a whole-school approach to mental health is essential, particularly as more students require support in school.

You’ll be introduced to the eight key aspects of a whole-school approach and given time to reflect on how these apply within your own setting.

The session will help you evaluate your current provision, identify key priorities and consider useful policies, resources and support services. You’ll also leave with practical tips, ideas and the beginnings of an action plan to support the mental health and wellbeing of your whole school community.
