Through this session you will learn to recognise the cycle in action and explore ways this understanding can help build healthier, more resilient relationships.
Often shaped by our earliest experiences as babies, this cycle can be easy to miss in daily life, yet it plays a vital role in how we build, maintain and repair connections.
You’ll learn to recognise the Rupture-Repair Cycle in action and explore how this understanding can help you build healthier, more resilient relationships. The session will also consider practical tools for repairing moments of rupture or emotional misattunement, while letting go of the pressure to be a perfect professional.
