Ready to take the next step in your Thrive journey? Thrive Advanced Practitioner training empowers you to lead and embed Thrive across your setting or organisation. You’ll build the confidence, knowledge and influence to support colleagues, work with families and create lasting change.
On completion, you’ll gain a dual award as a Thrive Advanced Practitioner and Family Thrive Course Leader.
You’ll explore how Thrive connects with SEND, mental health and wellbeing, curriculum, staff development and long-term implementation. You’ll also gain the skills, language and resources to deliver Family Thrive: Empowering parents and carers, so you can share Thrive with families in a way that feels practical and meaningful.

The 3-month programme is delivered through a blend of live online sessions, mentoring, e-learning and practical application in your setting.
We recommend allowing around 2 hours per week for e-learning activities and practical tasks.

If your Thrive Licensed Practitioner status has lapsed, this course offers a way to re-engage with Thrive, refresh your knowledge and rebuild your confidence.

The training includes 12 monthly online sessions (3 hours each) and 4 e-mentoring sessions (1.5 hours each).
Between sessions, you’ll complete e-learning activities and practical tasks designed to help you put your learning into practice. We recommend allocating around 2 hours per week to complete these activities.
Yes. This course goes much further, helping you lead and embed Thrive across your whole setting. If you completed Family Thrive some time ago, it’s especially valuable as the content has been updated.
