How the course works

How the course works

The 3-month programme is delivered through a blend of live online sessions, mentoring, e-learning and practical application in your setting.

You'll take part in:

  • 12 live, online sessions (3 hours each), delivered weekly
  • 4 e-mentoring sessions (1.5 hours) to reflect, problem-solve and share practice
  • E-learning between sessions, including practical tasks linked to each module and practical activities such as audits and action plans

We recommend allowing around 2 hours per week for e-learning activities and practical tasks.

This course is for Thrive Licensed Practitioners who want to deepen their expertise and help lead Thrive across their setting or organisation.

It is suitable for practitioners working across all phases, from early years through to post-16.

If your Thrive Licensed Practitioner status has lapsed, this course offers a way to re-engage with Thrive, refresh your knowledge and rebuild your confidence.

You will need an active Thrive-Online subscription to complete the course.
