Designed for Thrive Schools, this three-hour induction gives staff a shared understanding of the Thrive Approach and Thrive-Online, and how they can support children’s emotional health, mental wellbeing and social and emotional development in everyday school life.
Led by a Thrive Licensed Trainer, this interactive virtual session helps staff understand what a Thrive whole-school approach looks like in practice, and the part they play in making it happen.
The session builds on the free online Introduction to Thrive module on Thrive-Online. It helps staff understand how relationships support children’s social and emotional learning, both in the classroom and around school.
By the end of the session, staff will feel better informed about the Thrive Approach and Thrive-Online, and more able to support children’s right-time development in their role.

This induction helps your staff build a shared understanding of Thrive, so they feel clearer and more confident supporting young people across your primary school.

It's suitable for any staff in the setting who need a shared introduction to Thrive and their role in implementing the Approach.
Thrive has become an integral part of school life and the pupils, staff and parents are all committed to the Approach.”
