Designed for Thrive Licensed Trainers who already deliver Childhood Licensed Practitioner training, this course enables you to deliver the Adolescence Licensed Practitioner programme for practitioners working with young people aged 11 to 25+.
Trainer Conversion Course: Adolescence is for Thrive Licensed Trainers who want to deliver training for practitioners working with young people.
The course builds on your Childhood Licensed Trainer training and focuses on Thrive in the adolescence phase. You’ll look at how Thrive supports young people aged 11 to 25+, and how to help practitioners apply this in their day-to-day work.
You’ll complete nine e-learning modules and a quiz, then take part in a developmental conversation with one of Thrive’s senior trainers. This gives you time to explore adolescence-phase delivery and ask questions about training at this stage.
On successful completion, you’ll achieve Adolescence Licensed Trainer status.
