Designed for Thrive Licensed Trainers who already deliver Childhood Licensed Practitioner training, this course enables you to deliver the Early Years Licensed Practitioner programme for practitioners working with babies, toddlers and young children aged 0 to 5.
Trainer Conversion Course: Early Years is for Thrive Licensed Trainers who want to deliver training for practitioners working in early years settings.
The course builds on your Childhood Licensed Trainer training and focuses on Thrive in the early years phase. You’ll look at how Thrive supports babies, toddlers and young children, and how to help practitioners apply this in their day-to-day work.
You’ll complete nine e-learning modules, followed by a quiz and a developmental conversation with one of Thrive’s senior trainers.
On successful completion, you’ll achieve Early Years Licensed Trainer status.

This course helps you extend your trainer status and support practitioners working with younger children.
