Join Our Festive Challenge: The Chain of Cheer!

This Christmas, we're spreading joy and making a difference with our Chain of Cheer Challenge!

Last year, thanks to your amazing support, Thrive donated £1,000 to Action for Children's Secret Santa appeal, helping provide gifts, food and warm clothing to disadvantaged children. This year, we're back - and we need your help to make an even bigger impact!

Here's how you can get involved:

  • Create your festive bunting

Download our free templates and get your pupils designing and decorating festive shapes like snowmen, Christmas trees, and stars. Once complete, string your bunting together - just ensure each flag is no more than 20cm (about an adult handspan) to keep things fair!

  • Measure and share

Measure the total length of your completed Chain of Cheer. Snap a photo or record a video of the bunting in all its festive glory. Then, send your measurements along with the photos/videos to socialmedia@thriveapproach.com by Monday 16th December.

  • Make a difference

For every school or setting that takes part, we'll donate to Action for Children's Secret Santa appeal. Plus, every time our collective chain reaches 100 metres, we'll add a bonus donation to spread even more cheer!

We'll announce the total raised on our Facebook and Instagram accounts on Friday 20th December. (Please ensure all pupils featured in your photos and videos have the necessary media permissions)

Download your templates and start crafting!
