Thrive and Yipiyap announce partnership

24th March 2026 | Blogs | News

Thrive and peer learning specialist Yipiyap have formed a partnership that will see innovative short-form videos built into Thrive’s training solutions.

Content and technology from Yipiyap’s Peerscroller peer learning app will be integrated into Thrive training materials and Thrive-Online solutions, enhancing the learning experience for educational professionals as they prepare to deliver Thrive’s wellbeing-centred support and interventions in their schools.

The alliance will also see Thrive and Yipiyap combine for new business bids.

Peerscroller is a peer learning platform, accessible via an app and teacher portal, offering short-form videos presented by relatable young people close in age to the viewer.

It features topics ranging from relationships and digital wellbeing to career planning and financial literacy. The app looks and feels like social media but users cannot contact each other or upload their own content, and schools do not need phones in school to use it.

Teachers can access content through a dedicated portal to support delivery in classrooms and assemblies, and parents and learners have access to the app, enabling them to engage with the content and support conversations at home.

Thrive’s research-based support, training and tools help educators understand and meet the social and emotional needs of children and young people.

Viv Trask-Hall, Head of Theory and Practice at Thrive, said: “We’re really excited to announce this partnership with Yipiyap, which will see Peerscroller content form a key part in the materials used by educators training to deliver the Thrive Approach in their schools.

“This exciting technology and content will really enhance the effectiveness of Thrive training and its delivery in schools across the country.”

Quote from Anne Morris, CEO at Yipiyap

Anne Morris, CEO of Yipiyap, added: “Peerscroller videos will add a new dimension to Thrive’s already excellent resources which have long been the ‘go-to’ materials for practitioners across the sector. We’re delighted to partner with such a highly respected and dynamic provider as Thrive to deliver this innovative support to our schools.”
