This practical course helps educators build a safe, inclusive and anti-bias culture where bullying is prevented early and responded to with consistency and care.

Build a clearer, more consistent approach to preventing and responding to bullying across your setting. This course gives you practical tools, shared language and a relational framework to help create safer, more inclusive communities where children and young people feel they belong.
Across two practical sessions, you’ll explore what bullying is, how it can show up, and how to respond in ways that are consistent, fair and rooted in care. You’ll also look at how to strengthen prevention through policy, everyday practice and whole-setting action.

You’ll leave with practical resources and a clearer plan for change, including shared language, a completed Anti-bullying Audit and prioritised next steps you can use straight away in your setting.

The course is delivered through two linked virtual training sessions designed for educators working in primary and secondary settings.
Training is practical and implementation-focused, helping you turn learning into a clear plan that supports consistent practice across your setting.
Course duration: 6 hours (two 3-hour sessions)

It's also highly relevant for Thrive Licensed Practitioners, who will receive 10 Thrive CPD points towards relicensing.
