College for disabled young people shares the benefits of Thrive

Janine Cherrington, Head of Service at Transition 2, discusses how their setting have embedded and embraced Thrive

Transition 2 (T2) opened its doors in September 2012 with the aim of providing bespoke and genuine transition programmes that allow young learning disabled people to segue into meaningful opportunities in adult life. This video was created as a project with a group of their young adults.
